Now that you've uncovered some amazing insights into your mindset, it's time to move into looking at the overall picture of the project management world.

Here you'll learn some foundational project management terminology and definitions, including the project management value proposition for you and your organzation. We'll also take a look at the project manager traits and skills necessary for building trust and street cred, and what's required to put together a solid project team.

Sharing the top, must-execute strategies when beginning your project, this PMSA Module 3 shows you the ace-in-the-hole tactics that have helped me and many others deliver projects with a highly successful edge, garnering solid accolades along the way.

You'll learn ALL the ins and outs of creating your stakeholder management strategy, including an Agile process to identify your project stakeholders and define how you'll want to care for and manage them during your project. 

You'll also be introduced to the often neglected Organization Assessment and I'll also walk you through the project governance set-up process to ensure your projects come out of the gate strong and healthy.

Once you've conquered your Stakeholder Management Strategy, your Org Environment Assessment, and project Governance Structure you'll finally be able to smoothly move into your Project Plan.

Astonishingly, newer project managers often skip the step of taking time to rigorously determine the project work to be done, which can turn into a nightmare when not unpacked all the way.

In this module, I'll set you up for sweet project dreams by demonstrating how to best break down project work and how to create an easy-on-the-eyes-and-brain project schedule enabling you and your stakeholders to reach your desired project results.

In Planning Your Projects A to Z, we'll take 3 lessons to go through my Project Plan template piece-by-piece so you can learn everything you need to know to write a rock-solid project plan.
